As a teacher of English, how does the use of eclectic approach help connect life experiences to ideas presented?

By this the students can learn different aspects of life in a different but pure and well , in a way to learn things in the right way giving them the right to ask anything . Flexibility in Teaching the syllabus is a good thing for both teacher and student .

There are various techniques and approaches we can use and adapt in the class depending on the needs of learners. We can incorporate two or more approaches to make our class active and dynamic. I do some variations to help learners understand a lesson whether by modelling and explaining a topic related to life itself or their own experiences, providing examples and visuals (realia), communicative approach in discussion, and incorporating games and activities especially for young learners. 

Depends on the need of students, the teacher can choose a method best fit for his or her class. It does help a lot.

This approach is unique because it combines more than one approach together in the learning process. It has many benefits .The teacher has more flexibility. No aspect of language skill is ignored. There is variety in the classroom. Classroom atmosphere is dynamic. But the experience of the teacher is the key to mix all this together. More life experience more benefits. More strategies.

Hm. who invents such questions? Ecclectic approach just helps a teacher to stay various and interesting, captivating and bright. I don't see the logicallink to life ideas.
