How do you see the current market trends in your business? Could you please share your experience in dealing with your xxx business so that I may provide some better assistance? Are you able to arrange the things done for you within the budget? It depends on the type of customer, industry/domain, function and mode of your business. The question can modify accordingly. However, I can say 3 things would be the most effective: 1) Personalized questions. 2) Targeted questions in relation with your business to the customer interest. 3) Selection of Magnificent phrases while in the sales pitch  in accordance with the customer requirements - Cost effective, expertise, easy processing, 360 degree services, legal protection, anywhere xxx, dedicated customer care etc.
