Believe it or Not, Yes you can trust finding a job through online searches.

but there is two main points you have to put into your consideration 

1- There is a big different between self-online searches for jobs and online hiring agencies. i.e “Bayt.com & Gulf talent. Etc " .

First one: you are looking by yourself through1000 of companies websites to look for their carriers sections,

While second one, means you will post your CV at any of the free online hiring agencies same as Bayt .

in this case you will save your efforts, time and money, while they are the one do this for you on your behalf , they are offering the majority of the available jobs under on umbrella.

2- That’s doesn’t means, the online hiring agencies will guarantee a suitable Job for you.

why? because its your CV " Education, Experiences, Specialty and how you present yourself on the CV " CV Writing Skills".

Personally I received several calls / offers from employers “which found my CV through Bayt.com"  although i did not apply directly for their posted Job.
