hardest step in your clinical research

in any research , finding an innovative idea is the most difficult thing. same is the case in business also. if your idea is novel, then you put money and people and run it. for example facebook or youtube or apple phone, if you see, the idea is novel. otherwise you will be repeating and filling the gaps.

Firstly is to find the rootcauses towards the difficulties before going into deeper and deeper of your analysis. Proceed step by step in understanding the current scenario and condition and put the right and best result.
