What is the way to combat the food crisis and increasing GDP in Agriculture Sector?

To combat the food crisis, 1st we have to increase production of agro-commodities, 2nd govt. should develop a good policy subsiding production materials and 3rd it need well distribution of goods among the country domestically or internationally.
