How to evaluate residual risks?

we can manage the residual risks by:

1- avoide this risks by isolating from surround and/or find a suitable alternative

2- reduce the level of risk by consider it under work permit tasks, which is need new risk prediction befor issuing the work permit.

3- accept it, in case the local regulation accept that kind of residual risks

4-transfer it to another location to reduce the level of accessability to residual risks.

through periodical evaluation after learning from many sources particularly from accident analysis, audit, knowledge sharing etc ..
