Email marketing software: How can I send bulk emails without spamming?

Thank you Sarah for opening this subject. The answer for this goes beyond the technicals of how to create a catchy email and how to use the CC or BCC..

 

Bulk Emails, or Email advertising and communication is one tool of how today's business reach out to Customers and Potential customers.

 

before i go further, emails are very personal and particular to their owners, therefor its like their mobile phones, they won't answer it if they don't know who is calling.. email filters will be applied.

to avoid that, you need to work on creating your own community of users emails (clients and potential clients, establish referral strategies and other ways to build a broad database).

 

The heart and core for this is a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) that is fully integrated with a marketing communication and optimization Platform (Usually obtained from3rd parties with a monthly fee).

 

With those in place, Then you will have your customers growing database accessible for emailing and it will not be sent to them as SPAM. (Depends on how you gather client details through website registration or any other form)

with those integrated platforms in place, you can:

1- Emailing bulk or tailored to each customer according to their behaviors.

2- Send to different user groups in bulks.

3- Build intelligence of who target by email as the platforms will provide you with intelligence  on who opened the mail , who didn't, and so on.

 

But, If you are asking to send country-wide email shot, which isn't advisable. then you need to use official3rd parties such as google themselves to send to all kuwait gmail accounts and mass email for example.

For me, being more personable (to the specific person) in your email makes them feel that you are genuinely interested in them reading it. Naturally they will then take an interest. Copy and pasting means you don’t mind who reads it and who replies as long as someone does.

by putting all the mail addresses in bcc

There are many software's which are using for bulk emails marketing.

its need to do. write your attractive Email and add all bulk Emails in BBC(blind carbon copy) than send it in one shot. 

BBC means when you want to do it privately. Any recipients on the BBC line of an email are not visible to others on the email.

Is your list an opt-in? Please check out Pepipost, a leader in Email Delivery. However, you cannot send spammy promotional emails from this platform. It black lists you immediately.

You can send bulk of emails , what you need to do to write all emails address in BBC , bear in mind that all of your recipients, will receive same email not knowing who else is ccd.

You can open an account on google and type the necessary email id where you would like to receive reverts on . and then copy paste the nessage and add the excel sheet. The excel sheet needs to be in a proper format. It will then send out emails to all those mentioned on that list. The email would go from your official id and thus would not end up as spam.
