The successful manager / leader has to pay attention to all the opinions of their team /staff, encourage them as long as these opinions in favour of the organization's productivity.

It's effective to listen to your employees to an extend that their point was heard and actions shall be implemented/updated.

yeah as a leader i will try to understand the point of views of my employees, because they are part of the company and as they work so they also can understand the situations related to work. so i will surely consider thier point of views.
