What is the optimum preventive actions against key seat while drilling?

My dear colleague,

Some general preventive actions for key seat while drilling are as follows:

1/ run wiper trips or short trips more frequently or at least 6-8 stands.

2/ avoid drilling with high dog leg severity (if you need to deviate the wellbore trajectory, then use longer build up radius)

3/ back ream when pulling out of hole
