Marketing plan is a must for all businesses, more so for a new business. Failure to have a marking plan is a guaranteed failure in the market place. The new business is set up to serve a market, be it a virgin market or market already being served.

Go to market strategy is key to gaining market share. The success of the business depends on the number and quality of customers it's able to attract. Market plan answer the questions such as; Who are the target customers? Where are the target customers? What way to best serve the target customers? How to get to the target customers in the most cost effective manner? New business without market plan cannot attain it full potential.
