well, all the three are responsible for hiring someomone because:

i. A CV is always the first contact, it is the cv which push you to the next level of interview.

ii. An interview or a series of interviews is important to make sure you are hiring the right person.

iii. Recommendations from the previous employer or collegues is important because they know him/her more than anyone else

Interview first and then recommendation because its better to have the recommendations after we have decided to hire a resource.

Interview is more important than CV and recommendations.

Employers use interviews to confirm that an applicant has the required knowledge, skills and willingness to contribute and fit into the organisation's culture. They also want to see if your career goals are in line with opportunities available with their organisation. They are looking for the potential in prospective employees to become valued, trusted, productive team members of their organisation. with interview you can know every one very well.

All choices are important and can not be dispensed with one of them, but there is a priority for appointment

1 - personal interview: - because it has the biggest factor in determining the personal and the extent of its ability to adapt and cope with the work environment and team work and the overall appearance of the employee and the extent of his confidence in himself and his abilities

2 - Biography: - is determined by its predecessor business person of the applicant and the efficiency in the workplace

3 - Recommendation: - Due is determined by the nature of the post it facing functions should get who will work the recommendation from a trusted one at work and with a good reputation because the nature of the post secretariat shall function like (Courier - Secretary of the store)

The three of them are equally important. Each serves its unique purpose and function: CV- is the candidate's history upto the current level.  Interview is then a platform where unjoined or questionable parts of the CV are stitched together. It also tests the aptitude of the interviewee in as far as finding solutions in tricky situations is concerned. Recommendations: are a reflection of how the candidate is viewed by people around him,his ascendance to where they are.It is the wholesome assessment of these which gives us the nature and calibre of the person who are about to engage. My fair share at answering.

I prefer Interview as the best option, A CV can give u chance to attend the interview whereas a recommendation can straight get you the position. Interview is a key for a job, it helps a recruiter/employer to know the capabilities of the candidate only if he can allocate some time and talk about the academics, experiences, etc.

CV's can be deceiving, References are a poor guide.

Face to face is best, an interview and an informal tour of the work area.

I believe that the interviewer knows who is right or wrong for the role within the first2 minutes maybe sooner,

First impressions - eye contact, handshake, body language, smell....... thats what I build on hroughout the interview tour period.  I believe instinct tells you who is right for the role.

I also place experience over education

I hope that four different answer someone who represents the employer and says that they are working in their company. I think that you do not use the responses of those who are looking for work and there is still the highest here. Regardless of all this you can always go wrong if you take any of these elements, because you know an interview is still short of a 100% decision. It depends on the person who makes the decision and evaluate, but also of the people of the candidate. So why very often the case that a candidate has a trial period of work in this position. I think it is important to every company that fails to find a candidate who will be loyal to companies and want to work longer and build a career in that company.

All the three choices are very important, however, i'd give an additional weightage for the interview. A CV furnishes information about the candidate on his professional and personal fronts. A recommendation would make the filtering process easier. a recommendation is a reflection on the candidate as viewed by another person who i might already know. given these two are considered, an interview helps identify the potentials of the candidate more accurately. A CV can be bloated, a recommendation may be a personal favour, but an interview connects the candidate with the company/interviewer and gives an accurate verdict.
