Must have good communication with the client and team members. See to it that all information and required documentation are intact not to limit the corrective actions with the snags, test data, materials, operating spare parts, and test equipment required by the projects. Proper communication and close coordination will solve all project issues effectively and efficiently.
Completing a Technical project is carried out by doing the following activities.
1. Installation work as per Project spec, Snag list to be attended approved by client & consultant.
2. Preparing Method statement for Pre Commissioning & Commissioning Activities
3. SAT procedure for testing
4. MOM as per the commissioning procedure to be completed and duly signed by each party.
