How can I best improve my CV to get a suitable Job as per my Qualifications?

the employer must trust ur qualification,so stard searching a work under ur qualification ,and then prouve ur competence and u can progress,employers must see what u can do,cant just trust lines in cv,,also dont forget that ur not arab,so u must   practice the language,even if u speak english,its not enought.
