Creative tinking is Natural and gifted talent. One cannot acquire.

Encouragement by asking feedbacks and organise the day out for brain storming sessions (away from the workplace, may be to a hill station, close to nature). Ask all employees to provide at least3 new ideas and reward for the best suggested ideas.
