How do you build relationships with your working colleagues quickly and effectively – especially when everyone comes from different cultures?

I try not to take myself too seriously, make my colleagues laugh and at the same time be professional and always deliver what I promise.

Being an active participant in group discussions - may it be at work or a casual talk during a tea break. Accepting their Culture and not hurting their beliefs also maintains a good relationship. Helping each other in small needs which ease our work process.

I would observe, ask questions if i'm not sure about something, be a team player, work collaboratively and build collegiality among staff members.
