What is the tips that identify the best control system ( PLC , Micro-controller, Classic control,...) for your own project ?

The Industries could be divided into four sections :

Industry 1.0: The first machines had been created was 100 % with mechanics without any kinds of control or electical interupts.

Industry 2.0: The Classic Control had started to take a role with the mechanics of the machine but by the time the PLC and Microcontroller had been created and take the role to reduce the costs of the projects and maintenance time.

Industry 3.0: In this generation the PLC and Microcontroller have took the role in the automatic control projects.

Microcontroller need to prepare Isolation circuts to let the processor ready to control with Industrial environment but the PLC card is already had been made.
