Thanks for invitation,

I do believe that the best way is to try to use it as much as you can on a daily basis.

There is no better method than immersion...if you see, hear, and read the language, it can help you keep the vocabulary in mind.

I have used many tricks over the years to gather and retain vocabulary from various languages.  One that I tried early on was to make mnemonic rhymes and chants to remember key words and phrases. Another that I still use is to work out how to say something I want to be able to communicate with a native speaker, and then to repeat it, break it down, put it back together again, and use it until it becomes natural. When I studied Arabic, I used this method, and before two months were out (and with daily language lessons), I was thinking in Arabic when I spoke and was able to understand much of what I heard people say.

Each person has a unique way of processing and retaining language, so what works for me might not work well for anyone else.  Try anything you can think of and, above all else, use the language and it will come easier in time and you will be able to retain more vocabulary.

I personally watch many movies, read very much, listen to songs and talk to natives
