The organisation must choose and design its own software according to its specific needs.

It depends on the company size and financial capacity, normally Microsoft Business Solutions GP is implement for small and medium size companies & Microsoft Business Solutions Axapta for big size companies.
Both S/W's are in average price comparing with others S/W's.

From my experience, I would recommend Moody's.
I have worked for years with Moody's KMV and Moody's Risk Analyst.
