Developing Implementing and maintaining the document control system at Site

Record data accurately, scanned and keep softcopy as well as hardcopy,mainatin daily weekly monthly quartely and yearly reports seperatly. monthly archive my reports according to months.

keeping the dupilcate invoices may help for sloving queries or any other issues regarding the goods reciept note(GRN)

Correct filling for work orders from fields operations, invoices, and other pay orders files. liason with Minstry of defence for approvals of diffierent files for aviation equipemnts repair/overhaul. keeping the complete records for the completed and pending work orders from abroad firms through RRC Contracts. Liason with international firms for their qoutations for respective works from aviation fields. 

Keeping data up to date and have a safe file for your records.

Filling for invoices, to correct properlling the quantity of each items most be equal which is recieved and the delivery... and also most aprove by the superior the requeting, other wise it big problema that will facing...
