What will you do when you have a problem with your boss?

"I deal with different types of people very well, but if I have a problem that affects my work, I will openly tell my manager and the reason why it's bothering me." I'm a very honest and open person. So anytime I have a problem with my boss, I always let him or her know. I make a list of things that bother me. I ask my boss for time to chat and I reveal these problems and the reasons for them. I want to make sure I'm not being offensive or sound like I'm accusing my boss of anything.

In this situation I ask myself why I'm having the problem.I will first identify it, after that i will work on solving the problem. It will help me to be more efficient in my work. 

I will request for One to One discussion with my boss, in that meeting I will explain my problems where I am facing. This lead good understands for an employee as well as the boss.

I WELL INVITE HIM TO LUNCH MEAL IN AQUITE PLACE AND TAY TO SETTLE OUR PROPLEM

get together and have a one on one discussion to sort the problem out and both to come to an understanding so that further problems can be overcome

I will solve the problem by telling my Boss in a professional way, and explain my Issue. My Boss has good relationship with me so he will listen to my Concern & will resolve it in a better way.
