In fact I could not grasp the meaning I legal sector in the world became saturated. If this is meant to mean that the number of jurists in the world has become enough and we do not need more law students, this is not true in my opinion because studying the law such as medicine and engineering always requires more experts and expanding their circle so that there is more room for sharing experiences around the world.
