Some of Turkey's traditional food are Turkish Kebap, Turkish Kofte, Turkish cheeses  and vegetables whilst some of the drinks are Fruit guices, honey and aryan.

They love tea because 85% are traditionally muslims and are not supposed to drink alcohol hence it becomes their national stimulant.

I do not know about Turkey, I do not have information about Turkey's customs, I do not know the reason, I have never also travel to Turkey, I leave the answer to the brothers of the country from Turkey or who knows their customs and already travel to their country.
