How to deal with stubborn managers?

great power comes along with great responsibilities.
Try to comunicate well with your manager, with positive aproach but keep in mind that no team can produce better results if they break chain of command.
Synergy is the key to success.

Magagers are there for the staff not the other way around.
A stubborn manager should be doing something else than people management.Less stressful for the manager.

Lets us speak frankly, stuborn managers difficult to deal with them , I believe with little patiency & good positive debate you can reach your GOALS.

Quit! Plain and simple.
If your manager has his/her superior's support, you'd be just banging your head against the wall, you can always try to work things out, but if your manager is not a rational person, then quitting is your best option!

well i think a hard worker does not see stubborn managers he is always engage in doing his work accurately and that will be his achievement.
I think he can overcome to stubborn bosses when his work is100 % accurate.

try to do all the task in given frame of time

Staburn is a natural phenomena it happens with the professionals.If thier potential is ignored and suitable rewards are not extended.

Yes, it is difficult to manage with subborn bosses, have gentle and peaceful discussion. If he is reasonably correct in his approach then follow his instructions and change your personal habits and attitude.

 

Last option is to Quit if you cant resist any more.
