How is magnetic leakage reduced to a minimum in Power & distribution transformers ?

It can be done  only by manufacturer as to reduce the leakage flux by placing both winding of transformer close to each other on same core  with insulation seperating the both winding ,Also we use the ferromagnetic material for core construction to prevent the leakage of flux.
