If you regularly make time for fun and relaxation, you'll be in a better place to handle life's stressors.

  • Do something you enjoy every day.
  • Keep your sense of humor. 
  • Don't over-commit yourself. 
  • Prioritize tasks. 
  • Break projects into small steps. 
  • Delegate responsibility. 
  • Eat a healthy diet.

Listen, it's worth understanding how much stress you have and what kind of help you need. Because if it's just easy fatigue, then try to take a vacation and take a break from everything that surrounds you. If you feel like you can't handle it and the mental problems are too strong, I think you should google for stronger treatments like TMS therapy. It's a modern way to treat mental health problems. Plus, it's great that you can pay for it with your health insurance.

The first thing to do is to try identify the type of stress.
