Difference between clean report and qualified report: Which type of opinion does the term "clean audit report" represent? And why?

Clean report simply means a finanancial statement that represent a fair financial report that is free of misstatement while a qaualified report is a confirmed clean report. clean report maintain a true and fair view which represent a trfue finanncial statement.

According to my opinion, the clean audit report means that there is no material misstatement and it is presented fairly according to the accounting standard (GAAP,IFRS)etc. which means company financual condition ,position and operations are fairly presented. Clean represented fairly report. 

Qualified opinion is a statement issued after an audit is done by professional auditor that suggest the information provided was limited in scope & the company being auditied has not maintained GAAP or IFRS accounting princples.
