file > create new company file, or when quickbooks starts it will guide you how to create your company

                               I.            NEW CMPANY

a.       Go to the File menu and click New Company.

b.      In the Easy Step Interview window, click Start Interview.

c.       Answer all of the questions in the Easy Step Interview to create the new company file. Once you give answer to all questions the company file will be saved on disk.
