These days, nearlly all the professional suffers from intense bouts of stress. But what matter is how you deal with them. whenever you feel stressed up try out following steps

- Do something interesting

- Preapare your To-do list of next day before leaving ofice.

- Know whats motivate you & become self motivator

- Focus on your work & donot bother what others are thinking about you

- Focus on Improving not perfecting 

- Never compare yourself with other collegues

to control stress busy yourself  in some physical Activities like playing games gym. etc

but in office u can handle it by discuss your matter with co luge and Manage your work with time and then this will give you a good result.

First of all you remove all irrelevant papers and documents from your table and work only on relevant files and choose a target that i will complete this work in this time frame .
