First of All Install CCTV System, Then a Highly equipped computer Lab with Internet Facility, Classes Should have Projector based digital boards.

Teachers should have relatively skills in computer science to deliver lectures through computer, as Digital lectures are more attractive for students to learn fast.

Conduct seminars in auditoriums and have a question answer session with students and ask them how to deliver them the best, these little things matters a lot.
