Do you think that holding writing contests for school students helps shedding light on young talents? Why or why not?

Yes, writing iitself can often be a soiitary experience but the celebration of it is in the reading, encouragement, acknowledgement and feedback. 

Young writers may also get some satisfaction in understanding what kind of genres  they best suit and gauging ideas of how their writing is interpreted or understood. To this end I'd like to see a range of adjudicators and certainly not to overlook the student population itself. 

There is no doubt that the talented people wealth of the nation, and the future of prosperity and excellence if they are well cared for, and seriously sought to develop their talents, and provide psychological, social and health care for them, and the development of programs to ensure the development of psychologically and mentally and socially integrated.

Talent is a blessing from the Creator - the Almighty - gives it to whoever he wishes, and the talent as the pure plant is not used unless we clean it with care and care. Parents and skilled teachers find it difficult to discover the talents of their children and their students. Through his motor, emotional and expressive abilities, and his reactions and responses with his parents and teachers.

Gifted students need influential teachers to move away from indoctrination, focusing on practical application, taking advantage of modern technology, seeking innovation, innovation and excellence, and enriching the classroom environment that opens the horizons of creativity to the talented.
