What sort of leader would your team say that you are?

a leader who live by example 

A leader by example, lenient and experience leader

I would say that i am a driven and fair leader

I am sure they will praise my leadership style. I try to lead from front. 

A good leader with prompt decisions especially when incidents occur.

I have never complained to me one of my team members, or got a sharp face between us, and I think that this indicator reflects the good relationship between the two parties.

That leader who is deal with situations, based on situational management 

I have an informal meet over a lunch break with all my team (5) every week, usually on Friday.

Followed be a 1:1 with anyone of the team if I request or they request, again every week.

Every year we have 1:1 appraisals and I have a 360 with all my team about me! confidential

and a risk, so far so good I am glad to say. Been doing this for years.
