How to have a healthy lifestyle amidst a busy day?

Planning is the best tool to help especially if the person is constatly busy. For example, the person can plan to prepare a full healthy meal the day ahead before. Also, these meals does not have to be complex, but it should inculde healthy fats (nuts & seeds), protein, and veggies. Sauteed veggies and salads does not take too long to prepare and they are easy to make. Plus, if the person does not have anytime to prepare a healthy meal, he or she can order a healthy meal and there are endless onilnr to order from. 

Physical activity is the key to lower stress caused by a very busy day. For example, you can always specify any time of the day (only 10 mintues at the beginning is fine) is enough to boost your mood and increase your energy level. Any type of physical activity that you enjoy is better than forcing yourself to a boring exercise regimen.

Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the most difficult task or goal a person can have, especially on our kind of environment nowadays. Being healthy doesnt mean that you have to eat that and do this and avoid those. Thats just one of the common misconceptions of those people who are trying to be healthy. In my own perception of being healthy, one must have a healthy open mind to achieve the goal. Maintaining balance on everything weather physical, psychological or social needs is the best I could suggest if you want to have a healthy life. Balancing those aspect is like giving yourself a chance, each point of yourself to do on what you are capable of your own self has to offer. If you achieve a positive outcome to one of your attributes I think a positive domino effect would follow. If this happens, I could really say you are lucky, coz not all people have the will power to do this kind of balance in present world we are living.
