As a project manager in your opinion which is more effective to have the same team for planning and execution or two separate teams ?

I would prefer same team for planning and execution as the team would already be aware about the Project very well as they have participated in planning. They are also aware about the assumptions contracts risk and by the time planning is finised or about to start execution the team has reached Norming and moving to Performing
