HVAC AND  Electrical is not priced by the sq. ft. Ussually its the engineering to calculate the amount or cost of per sq ft or meter of your finish, furnished and commissioned project. It could be MEP OR CONSTRUSTION RELEVENT OR BOTH TOGETHER IN HUGE PROJECTS.

Its variable at least because the following:

 1- The project application (Residential, Industrial, Medical, etc)

 2- The Devices, Equipments, Fixtures, Class depends
