Let me first say that the word True has relative meanings in different contexts. Ideally speaking, there cannot be 100% supply chain collaboration and there are gaps of varying degrees. These critical nature of such gaps depends upon the overall scheme of functions. However, in general, true chain collaboration do exist iespecially in structured organizations.

Nestle is one of those organizations which really practice pure supply chain activities as they are the pioneer of supply chain. We can take proper information obviously supply chain related from their historical activities.

It's the desertion of the management.Today we are living in an atmosphere where generally prefer lowest effective cost & heighest profit moto.Only multinational companies prefer to have theire Supply Chain Management.
