Give your Employees a voice

Employees who can freely express there ideas will feel more empowered to act.

Encourage Employees to openly discuss there taught and feelings about change in program rules & regulations.

Work to understand resistance by exploring there concerns and by taking there opinion seriously.

When Employees believe there voice counts, they are more apt to mobilize for change.

Take care of your employees, They will take care your business. Simple Rule.

An organisation's success depends on the performance of the employees and the employer.  They work together as a team headed by team leaders. 

Motivation is important for the employee and this comes through dialogue with the employee which is epressions and concerns - it is voice for the employee.

Hence the employer listens and learns of the needs for the employees, trainings given in support of their skills, and appreciate their efforts in all the routine task performed. 

The employer updates their skills and communication levels for better understanding and decision taking responsibility amongst the staff.

They have monthly meetings to bridge the gap between different cultures.  Empower the team to be friendly and work together to achieve the best for the company as well support diversity.

As a employeer, you should give monthly rewards to those who work hard by finishing they're job on time (TAT) with small smout of money or maybe certificate, and by the end of the year you can give prizes like stay one night in 5 star hotel for they're motivation and for there career growth you can send them for siminar or training for them to know the new update and new method how they can be more effective to they're work.

happy to share my thoughts.... As an employer his quality should be the leadership leader should show the path for the employees he should support he/should work together for a better performance after all a small victory should be celebrated according to company policy and something have to give to employee as a gift or anything like that these kinds of things will be  a positive energy for employees after all the way you behave is the main thing
