How do you start a small project or a small business?

If you are starting the small business with your own investment, then first of all according to the investment you have to make pre-feasibility report of the business/project you want to start with in the available investment.  Make four five feasibilities of different businesses according to the available investment and prepare the projected cash flow and breakeven analysis to see the payback period of the investment.
