dialogue gives room for listenning and sharing of views which will in one way or the other proposed recommendations to the purported problem

The secret of dialogue is open conversation in solving issue(s).  It opens out the way to understanding the root problem and listening brings out the essence of a problem.  Sometimes problem are small but they are exaggerated.  communication helps bring the solution(s) by looking at the different ways to solve it and resuming back to normal routines.

It means never bringing past issues in front of the present ones.  This complicates the problem further.

Dialogue is a bridge that brings solutions to problems through listening, focusing and delivering the plan of action on the problem(s).  It means letting go of self-centered ego and embracing harmony.

1) Do not make yourself in front and your other side in front as you engage in dialogue.

2) Do not remind him of previous negative positions .. perhaps taken against you or against others.

3) Do not make mistakes or mistakes.

4) Do not over show your strength, your strength or your superiority.

5) Do not deny his achievements.

6) If you want to evaluate some positive experiences first then try to calm down the method if you want cash and do not overpay.

Sir, In this competitive world in which ever field if one respects other, even enemies have respects, then they will sit for Dialogue for solving issues. Now materializing depends either sides being flexible, again in having listening, empathy, trying to achieve a goal for either sides - a WIN WIN situation. This happens only by true leadership and matured level of arbitration. Listening and putting yourself in such situations is the art of secret.
