What should you priorities on your three project's constraints (time, specification and budget) when working on multiple projects concurrently?

Every Projects has its own Assumptions and Constraints; and these high level assumptions and constraints are mentioned in the project charter, based on it each project need to planned, execute , monitor and control and close.

I would say , priorities are project specific. Generally speaking, type of contract and executing company's business objectives largely influences the priorities .

1. Specification
2. Time
3. Budget
