What is the importance of BSC radio network sites?

For my own point of view about the importance of BSC radio network sites is that it controls and the data signals from other users to another users. It strengthens the signals even it is in a far places as long as there is a radio network sites or any cellular sites. It is much better or clearer signals will come out.
