What are the new trends in training?

Mode of training has been chaged alot since last decade, moving from traditional class room style to actual work related scenarios are in and now expertiential learnign is buzz word. I would favor those sessions more produtive and effective where trainees link their work place problems with trainin contenct so that they could learn and gain more!

Experintial learning Evemts, Business Simulations & E-learning ( Which I don't like it unless there will be human interaction)
