Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing various industries and needs to be seen just like an Industrial Revolution or the Computer / Internet revolution. Just like there were aprehensions of replacing human workers then, there are apprehensions now. However, we must realize that the computer / internet revolution automated mundane / repetitive tasks so that we could focus more on high end output. Artificial Intelligence will result into the same outcome which is a lot of mundane and repetitive tasks which by themselves are unproductive will be replaced by technology so that humans can upgrade their skill set and focus on advanced and more complicated tasks.
For Example: In the field of medicine, AI is helping doctors to arrive at the right diagnosis so that more time can be spent by doctors in arriving at the right treatment plan / surgery procedure.
Having such advanced technology we are abel to multipel works in short time and it is wrong concept new technology replace manpower. Yes new technology support menpower to increase their abilities. Befor one person can do one job in whole day now a person can do multiple jobs in the same day. I worked as manegment level looking marketing , i.t. also legal and admin due to new technology.
