How would you design your technological excellence profile?

An organisation has a brand of their own and this brand will determine the excelence profile depending on the market concentration technology.  The customers focus on their needs and the advertisement campaigns with the different deals.  A manager will have to decide the tools and the software for carrying out any future requirements and concentrate on the success of that brand which will determine their market share as well and the reputation earned through goodwill and serving customers on time.  Reports will show this.

I would love to gain some knowledge from experts on this.
