when boss assign a task and after a while he assign another task. boss asked you to complete it within hour. Then what you should to do to release stress of these both.

Ask the boss which tasl os priority and complete that first. Never stop asking it will not only release your stress,it also developes your self confidence

My boss ever call me in anguish mod even he want a glass of drink. he treat us like slave not servant. I ever achieve my tasks within bracket of time but with huge stress.
