Why don't you recruit us?

You all are so seniors and why don't you recruit us like juniors ? without getting a job how we can perform & get GCC experience?? where ever go we get only one answer "do you have UAE/GCC experience??? Let me know please how i can get a job in UAE? making experience is primary to me salary stands secondary.
