What is the difference between Management & Administration ?

Management is the process of achieving specific goals through the exploitation of available resources, according to a particular approach, in a particular environment and management of a branch of social sciences. It is also the process of planning, organizing, coordinating, directing and controlling material and human resources to reach the best results in simpler and less material material.

Definition of organization as a function: The framework by which the efforts of a group of individuals are arranged and coordinated in order to reach the desired goal.
