If it hurts someone. If it goes beyond what is just. If it caused too much sacrifices.
There are a lot more limitations in competition than we think there are. It just depends on the type of business you have.

Whilst it easy to say there are no limits but such sayings can be a double edged sword which has the potential to cut through the competition or harm you. Also you should be aware of whether your tactics are legal or not, you might find yourself in hot water with the authorities or lets say you might create an Ad that you feel is good but in reality it is not in good taste and gets banned effectively not only wasting your time and resources but hitting your image as well. in case you want to snub your competition and you are very obvious about it, it can even result in a lawsuit against your company, so ensure that there is healthy competition and respect your competitors, you never know when things can change and it affects things like mergers and acquisitions down the line.
competitions had no limits and everything is permitted. and there are many persons who like to compete with you in bad manners
