How do we know on balance sheet that the company is making profit or loss?

ACompany’s profit & loss A/c will show the expenses & income of the particular company . Substrate the expenses from the revenue, it will show the profit or loss. When the revenue is higher the company is in profit. If the revenue is low that means the company is in loss
