What are the cases in which you would follow your leader blindly?

first case is when i'm totally trusting him and his ability to judge and decide 

second case is when whatever the order that i will follow seems logic at least for me then i can follow 

third case, if what i'm following is matching company policy 

for this question, i can say that everyone can commit mistakes to their field work but no matter what it is good or bad ypu have to be fair on it.do what is right
