اكيد طبعا يستطيع اذا تواجدت الاراده لفعل ذلك كيف يستطيع يجب عليه وضع خطه لتغير لان التغير يجب ان يكون بتدريج لكي يدوم اما التغير المفاجئ يكون لفتره معينه وينتهي

شكرا لاهتمامك وللاجابة لكن اود اضافة فرع صغير. هل الطباع الموروثة تتروض مع خطة التغير؟
